How to Calibrate Humidity Sensors
Monitoring humidity is critical in the manufacture and storage of many products such as foods, pharmaceuticals, batteries, chemicals, paper, and furniture to prevent damage and spoilage. A wide range of humidity sensors are used to measure and monitor humidity in these environments. Watch this free Fluke Calibration webinar to learn how to calibrate common types of relative humidity (RH) sensors (probes and meters), room monitors (including the Fluke 1620A DewK Digital Thermo-Hygrometer), and humidity data loggers.
We will provide general humidity technical information along with tips and tricks that will help you get started with your own calibrations or improve calibrations you are already doing. The calibration process discussion will be based on the new Fluke Calibration 5128A RHapid-Cal® Humidity Generator and the advantages it offers for calibrating humidity sensors in both the lab and on-site in the field.
